Director - Operations
Alexandra Vind
Since 2003, Alexandra has been working in financial services and is a Chartered Financial Planner.
She has gained expertise in operations by establishing a Directly Authorised Wealth Management company and assisting other advisors with their processes and compliance via Chapter House Consultancy.
Alexandra's main interests include teaching the local Scouts how to paddleboard and kayak, as well as spending time with her two sons and is, often found on the side of a rugby pitch or at a swimming pool.
Director - Advisory
Kris Vind
Kris, a Chartered Financial Planner (CII) and Chartered Fellow (CISI), has been in the financial services industry since 2004. His experience spans Bancassurance, Private Banking, and both national and local Independent Financial Advice firms.
In 2020, he took on a role at Chapter House Wealth Management Ltd, offering regulated advice to clients focused on wealth accumulation or decumulation. His responsibilities include everything from PROD and client segmentation to the creation of tailored investment portfolios.
Kris also holds the position of President of the Birmingham Insurance Institute.
Outside of work, Kris dedicates his time to coaching his eldest son's rugby team and cheering on his youngest son at competitive swim meets.
Director - Compliance
Annabel Gray
With decades of compliance expertise, Annabel is a director of Sentinel Compliance, a consultancy practice that encourages firms to be different while being compliant.
With a business-mind and a desire for change, she feels the dawn of AI will drive the cost of compliance down, leaving firms to focus on business, and development.
Annabel is the regional Chair of the Personal Finance Society for Birmingham, sits on the committee of the Birmingham Insurance Institute, and works with The Society of Mortgage Professionals.
Outside of work Annabel loves being with her family and grandson, she also enjoys going to the gym.
